Pricing depends on the hosting basis referred to above and whether you would want us to create the questionnaire and reports for you.
Please provide us with a sample of the document you wish to automate and we will be able to give you a quotation.
Standard Hosting
If you do not want to get tied down with web servers and hosting and have simple uses for the system, perhaps being one particular application in mind then we could host the product for you.
Enterprise Client
This option allows you to have the system on your own server and create as many questionnaire forms as you want with as many reports as you want.
As an example a Local Authority could have one installation of Dazzle enabling access by multiple departments for multiple purposes. E.G. Housing Applications; Environmental Health; Waste Management etc.
